M. Celata Real Estate has opened a Real Estate Academy for pre-licensing classes to learn to take the Real Estate Exam. The state of Massachusetts licensing requirements have changed as of June 1, 2011. The schooling required is now 40 hours instead of the 24 hours. Call our office to make your arrangements to take the class with a live instructor and the materials you need.
