About

Hi, my career in real estate spans over 28 years plus. The journey has been fascinating and very rewarding. I became a Sales Person in 1994 and my affiliation was with the Century 21 franchise. I practiced there for approximately 6 years and moved onto the Re/Max franchise because I was a top producing agent. Being a top producing agent I felt I deserved a larger commission. My affiliation lasted almost 6 years with Re/Max and then I opened my own office, M. Celata Real Estate. Once my office was working I needed a steady stream of new agents to support the Agency so I became an authorized Academy for the State of Massachusetts. The academy is approved to teach pre-licensing classes, continuing education classes and Broker classes. Many of my students joined M. Celata Real Estate and the agency grew to over 50 agents but when COVID hit that changed. Since owning and operating M. Celata Real Estate I stopped practicing real estate and have become a mentor to all my agents. It is important for me to be available at all times to help my agents with guidance on difficult deals. I have to admit I have an ulterior motive for being a mentor, I don’t like law suites. My agents are my clients and that is the way I like it. So, if you are interested in becoming a real estate agent, M. Celata Real Estate can train you and prepare you to take your license test and when you become licensed you can be mentored by me as well.
